How we handle your information

Crawford Pacific Realty (“CPR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates crawfordpacificrealty.com. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only, not to any separate service or in-person transaction.

Information you give us

We only receive the information you choose to submit:

Contact enquiries. Our contact form is hosted on this website. When you submit it, the details you enter (such as your name, email address, phone number, and message) are stored in our own database and a notification is emailed to our team. We also record the IP address and browser the form was submitted from, to help us identify automated abuse.
Newsletter signup. If you subscribe, we collect your email address and store it with our email delivery provider so we can send you market updates and property news.
Property searches. Search criteria you enter (such as location and price range) are passed in the page address to return matching listings.

Information collected automatically

Analytics. We use Matomo, a self-hosted analytics tool, to understand how the site is used. It records information such as pages viewed, approximate location, referring site, browser, and device type.
Session cookies. The site sets a cookie so pages function correctly as you move between them. Cookies set by this site are flagged HTTPOnly.
Server logs. Our host records standard request information, including IP address, date and time, and the page requested.

How we use your information

To respond to your enquiries and provide real estate brokerage and property management services.
To send newsletters and market updates you have asked to receive.
To operate, secure, and improve this website.
To meet our legal, regulatory, and professional licensing obligations.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website and our business, and only as needed for them to perform that work. These currently include our website host, our email delivery provider, and our analytics provider. Contact form submissions are stored on our own website rather than with a third-party form provider. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Third-party content

Some pages load resources from third parties, including UIkit and Font Awesome (interface and icons) and Google Fonts (typography). These providers may receive your IP address and basic request information in order to serve that content. Property listing data is supplied by the local multiple listing service.

Our mortgage calculator runs entirely in your browser. The figures you enter are never sent to us or to anyone else, and nothing you type into it is stored.

Your choices

Email. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. You may also contact us to be removed.
Cookies. Your browser can block or delete cookies. Some parts of the site may not work correctly if you do.
Do Not Track. Browsers may send a Do Not Track signal. There is no common standard for responding to it, and this site does not currently respond to it.
Access and deletion. Contact us to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to request deletion. We will respond as required by applicable law.

Data security

This site is served over HTTPS, and we take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information such as financial account numbers or government identification numbers through this website’s forms.

Children’s privacy

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
